  • 250g di mandorle
  • 200g di acqua
  • 10g di tibicos (kefir)


Ho lasciato fermentare in un vaso con la bocca chiusa da una pezzuola in cotone per 48 ore.

Dopo 24 ore ho aggiunto anche del sale per insaporire.
