Stellantis appoints Amaury de Bourmont as responsible for German business
Amaury de Bourmont will be responsible for Stellantis' German business with immediate effect. He has over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry and was last head of Germany at Groupe PSA since 2020.
Amaury de Bourmont is the new Germany boss of the Stellantis automotive group. The 55-year-old manager is currently in charge of sales for the Opel, Peugeot, Citroën and DS brands in Germany. In addition, he is now taking over the chairmanship of Stellantis' Germany with the brands Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo and Jeep.
De Bourmont has around 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. At Groupe PSA, he has held various management positions in sales since 1992. Between 1999 and 2009 de Bourmont worked in Frankfurt, Mannheim and Saarbrücken. In 2009 he moved to Switzerland as Managing Director for the Peugeot brand before taking on the position of Sales Director Europe for the Löwen brand in 2012. From 2015 he was managing director for the brands Citroën and DS Automobiles in France before he was appointed head of Groupe PSA in Germany in August 2020.
De Bourmont succeeds Maria Grazia Davino as head of FCA, who in turn has been promoted to Head of Sales & Marketing for the Enlarged Europe region of Stellantis. Born in Italy, she most recently worked as Managing Director for FCA in Austria and Switzerland.
She also has many years of experience in the automotive industry in responsible positions in the areas of sales, marketing and finance. Davino began her professional career at Lamborghini, where she held various positions. In 2012 she continued her career at FCA in sales planning for the EMEA region, as managing director of the Motor Village Mirafiori in Turin, and as managing director of the Motor Village in Rome.
Both de Bourmont and Davino will report in their new roles to Maxime Picat , Enlarged Europe Chief Operating Officer of Stellantis.
