                      Waldmeistersorbet 

    250g Zucker, 1/2 Fl. Weißwein, 1El. Glukosesirup, 1/8l 
Zitronensaft, 1/8 Fl. Sekt mischen.  Drei Hände voll Waldmeister mit 
ein bißchen Flüssigkeit vom Sorbet durch den Mixer jagen und dann 
durch ein Sieb streichen.
