Zucchini in Teig oder paniert
=============================

Zucchini (ca. 700 - 800 g)
Salz
Pfeffer
Curry
Basilikum
Oregano
Mayoran
Oel
Semmelbroesel (Paniermehl)

Fuer den Omlett-Teig:

4 T feingesiebtes Weizenmehl
1 - 2 Eier (oder 1/2 Tasse Sojamehl)
Salz
1 T Milch
2 T Wasser


Die Zutaten fuer den Teig vermischen.

Die Zucchini in Scheiben schneiden, salzen und wuerzen, dann kurz
in den Omlett-Teig tauchen und in einer Pfanne mit heissem Oel
von beiden Seiten braun braten.

Bei panierten Zucchini dreht man die mit Teig umhuellten Scheiben
noch in Semmelbrosel und braet sie in Butter.
