Tahu Goreng Tauge
=================

(Gebratener Tofu mit Sojasprossen)

1 Stck. Ingwerwurzel schälen, feinhacken
1 Knoblauchzehe feinhacken
1 große Zwiebel feinhacken
200 g Sojasprossen waschen
300 g Tofu in Würfel schneiden und in einer Pfanne in
2 EL ™l anbraten, goldgelb werden lassen, dann aus der
Pfanne nehmen.
Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Ingwer anbraten, Tofu
dazugeben, kurz mitbraten.
1 Tasse Fleischbrühe ablöschen, 5 Min. schmoren. Mit
(Glutamat)
2 EL Süße Sojasoße
(Kecap Manis)
Salz, Pfeffer abschmecken
1 TL Kartoffelmehl in wenig Wasser verrühren und das Tahu goreng
damit binden. Sojasprossen hinzufügen und kurz
umrühren.
