50 g Butter
60 g Zucker
1 Ei
150 g Mehl
1 TL Backpulver zu einem Mürbeteig rühren, in eine 30er Kuchenrund-
form geben

2 Gl Stachelbeeren darauf verteilen

1/2 l Stachelbeersaft
1 Pk Vanillebudding
2 EL Zucker Pudding kochen, auf die Stachelbeeren gießen,
30 Minuten bei 200 Grad mittlere Schiene
backen

3 Eigelb
250 g Schmand
150 g Zucker verrühren

3 Eiweiß Schlagen und unterheben und die Masse auf dem
Kuchen verteilen

nochmals 20 Minuten bei 200 Grad backen

über Nach in der Form erkalten lassen.
