Spanische Sauce 
=============== 

1       rote Paprikaschote entkernt 
2       Tomaten ohne gruenen Ansatz, ohne Kerne 
1/2     Zwiebel 
2       Scheiben Ananas, nur im Notfall aus der Dose 
70 ml   Wasser mixen, 
1 El    Ketchup 
1 Tl    Senf 
1 Tl    Sojasauce 
1 Tl    Zucker zugeben, aufkochen 

70 ml   Weißwein trocken mit 
1 El    Staerkemehl verruehren und der Mischung zugeben, aufkochen.
