Pikantes Schweinelendchen
=========================

300g Schweinefilet in 1 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden, in 2 EL Sherry
1/2 Std. ziehen lassen. Danach in 2-3 EL Mehl wenden und mit Salz und
Pfeffer würzen. 4 EL ™l erhitzen, das Filet kurz darin anbraten,
herausnehmen. 1 gewürfelte Zwiebel, 1 zerdrückte Knoblauchzehe, 2
Möhren in Scheiben, 2 Stangen Porree in Ringen, 1 Glas Champignons in
Scheiben im Restfett anbraten. 1 TL Stärke überstäuben. 4 EL
Sojasauce, 2 EL Wasser zugeben und aufkochen lassen, das Fleisch
wieder zugeben, nicht mehr kochen lassen. Gut abschmecken.
Beilage: Reis
