Gelee mit Schlehensaft
======================

Schlehen nach dem ersten Frost ernten, mit Wasser bedeckt weichkochen und
durch ein Safttuch ablaufen lassen.

3/4 l Schlehensaft
1 kg Gelierzucker
oder
1/2 l Schlehensaft
1/4 l Brombeer-, Birnen-, Apfel- oder Holunderbeersaft
1 kg Gelierzucker

Söfte mit Gelierzucker kalt vermischen, zum Kochen bringen und 4 Minuten
sprudelnd kochen lassen. In Gläser füllen.
