Sagosuppe

Zutaten

2 l Fleischbrühe
100 g Sago
4 Knoblauchzehen
Salz
Pfeffer
2 Eßlöffel gehckte Petersilie

Zubereitung

Den Sago und die fein gehackten Knoblauch in die heiße Fleischbrühe
einrühren, ca. 15 Minuten kochen und den Sago ausquellen lassen. Mit
den Gewürzen abschmecken und mit der gehackten Petersilie bestreut
servieren.

(Fertig! Kaum zu glauben. Aber das ist mal ein einfaches Rezept!)
