                      Nußeis (für 10 Personen) 

    (1)  1l Milch, 1/2l Sahne und 200g Zucker aufkochen. 
    (2)  5 Eier, 8 Eigelb und 50g Zucker verrühren. 

(1) zur Hälfte in (2) und dann alles in (1) und bis zur Rose 
abziehen.  Dann noch nach Sicht Nüsse und mikroskopisch 
kleingehackte Schokolade darunterrühren.
