Kaffekuchen

250g Magarine oder Butter,
300g Mehl
5 Eier
1 Teeloeffel Zimt
125g Haselnuesse
2 Teeloeffel Kakao
250g Mehl (davon die haelfte Vollkornmehl)
3/4 Backpulver
2 Teeloeffel Kaffepulver in einer kleinen Tasse heissem Wasser
aufgeloest

Zubereitung: weichen Ruehrteig herstellen, Backen bei 175 Grad eine
Stunde.
