Spaghetti-Sauce "Lachs-Sahne-Sauce"

für 4 Personen

Zutaten:
--------

1 Zwiebel
1 Knoblauchzehe
1 EL Butter
300 g tiefgekühlte Erbsen
weißer Pfeffer
100 ml Gemüsebrühe (Instant)
200 g Räucherlachs
3 EL Kerbelblätter (oder Dillspitzen)
1 EL Meerrettich aus dem Glas
400 ml Sahne

Zubereitung:
------------

Zwiebel und Knoblauch abziehen, hacken, in Butter andünsten.

Erbsen dazugeben, pfeffern, Brühe angießen und etwa 5 Minuten köcheln lassen.

Lachs in grobe Streifen schneiden, Kerbel zerhacken.

Die gegarten Erbsen mit Meerrettich und Sahne verrühren. Einmal aufkochen
lassen.

Lachs und Kerbel unterheben.


Pro Person ca. 500 kcal.
