HEILBUTTKOTELETTS MIT FENCHEL (2 Port.)

ZUTATEN:
2 Heilbuttkoteletts
1/2 Zitrone
1 Fenchelknolle
1 Paprikaschote
40 g heißer Butter.
Salz, Pfeffer
1 TL Senfkörner,
2 cl tr.Sherry

ZUBEREITUNG:
2 Heilbuttkoteletts mit dem Saft von
1/2 Zitrone beträufeln.
1 Fenchelknolle in dünne Scheiben,
1 Paprikaschote in Streifen schnei-
den, beides in
40 g heißer Butter. 5 Minuten dünsten.
Den Heilbutt mit
Salz, Pfeffer würzen, mit
1 TL Senfkörner,
2 cl tr.Sherry zum Gemüse geben.
Bei kleiner Hitze zugedeckt von jeder
Seite ca.5 Minuten dünsten. Fisch und
Gemüse herausnehmen, warm stellen.
100 g Schlagsahne.. in der Pfanne cre-
mig kochen, Soße abschmecken.
