Russischer Hackfleischtopf

250 g Gem. Hack 1/4 l Brühe
2 Stangen Lauch 200 g Creme Fraiche
2 Große Zwiebeln Paprika,Salz,Pfeffer
2 Eßlöffel Tomatenmark 250 g Spiralnudeln
1/2 Teelöffel Senf

Zwiebeln würfeln
Lauch in Scheiben schneiden
Hack anbraten, Lauch und Zwiebeln zugeben und glasig dünsten
Brühe, Gewürze und Tomatenmark zugeben
15 min. kochen lassen
Creme fraiche unterrühren

Kochzeit: 30 min.
