Grundteig (Ruehrteig):
200g Margarine
4-5 Eier
3/4 Paeckchen Backpulver
200g Zucker
300g Mehl
3-4 Eszl. Milch

- 3/4 des Teiges auf das Blech
- Rest des Teiges + Kakao + Milch, obendrauf
- Kirschen drauf, die sinken beim Backen ein
- Mittelhitze, etwa 20min
- Aus dem Kirschsaft Buttercreme machen, drauf
- Schokoladengusz drauf
