EIER AUF SPANISCHE ART

8 Toastscheiben
8 Eier, Pfeffer
4 Fleischtomaten
20 g Margarine
8 dünne Scheiben Schweine Bauch
1 gew.Zwiebel
20 g Butter, Salz

Tomaten halbieren und aushöhlen. Zwie-
bel in Butter glasig braten, Ausgehöhl-
tes zugeben und würzen.
In die Tomaten füllen und auf getoaste-
tes Brot setzen. Bauch in Butter aus-
lassen. Eier mit Dottern auf den Bauch
legen, braten und ausgestochen auf die
Tomaten setzen.

4 Portionen = 2052 Kcal = 513 Kcal/P
