Bierteig

Zutaten: 
     150 g Weizenmehl 
     1 Prise Salz 
     2 Eier 
     helles Bier (etwa 1/2 Flasche) 
     1 Prise Zucker 

Zubereitung: 
     Mehl mit Salz, den Eidottern und hellem Bier zu einem flüssi- 
     gen Teig verrühren. Aus dem Eiweiß Schnee schlagen, der zu- 
     letzt mit einer Messerspitze Zucker gründlich durchgeschlagen 
     wird. Den Eischnee locker unter den Teig heben.
