Blechkartoffeln

Zutaten:
1 kg Kartoffeln
Salz, Pfeffer
Oregano, Paprika
250 g Champignons
2,5 dl Milch
20 g Margarine
2 Knoblauchzehen
100 g gekochter Schinken
100 g Sahne
200 g geriebener Gouda

Geschaelte Kartofffeln in duenne Scheiben schneiden und mit
zerdruecktem Knoblauch sowie den Gewuerzen vermischen. Auf ein
gefettetes Blech verteilen.

Schinkenwuerfel und Pilzscheiben darueber streuen und mit Sahne und
Milch uebergiessen. Mit Kaese bestreut bei 200 C 90 Minuten im Ofen
backen.

4 portionen = 2536 kcal = 634 kcal/P
