Crepes Grundrezepte
===================

Salziger Teig:
150 gr Mehl
> 2/10 Lt. Milchwasser
3 Eier
1 Essloeffel Oel
1 (knapper Essl. Salz)

Suesser Teig:

150 gr. Mehl
2/10 Ltr. Milchwasser
3 Eier
1 Essl. Oel
1 gehauefter Essl. zerlassene Butter (?)
1 Prise Salz
1 gehaeufter Essl. Zucker

Feiner Teig:

150 gr. Mehl
3/10 Lt. Milch
60 gr. fluess. Butter
2 eier
2 Essloeffel Zucker
Saft und Schale 1/2 Zitrone
1 Essloeffel Schnaps (cognac oder asbach)

Mehl in eine Schuessel sieben, in die Mitte die Zutaten geben, mit
Mixstab durchmanschen.
1-2 Std. im Kuehlschrank ruhen lassen.
evtl. mit Milch nochmal verduennen.
Crepe (bei mir mit Crepe'o-Mat) duenn ueberziehen.
