BANANENCURRY


ZUTATEN

500 g Rinderhack
2 Bananen
2 EL Kokosraspeln
2,5 dl Hühnerbrühe
400 g gek. Reis
2 EL Preiselbeergl.
2 EL Curry
2 gew. Zwiebeln
1 Knoblauchzehe
4 EL saure Sahne
20 g Margarine ,, Ingwer, Salz

ZUBEREITUNG

Hack in Margarine anbraten, Knoblauch
und Zwiebel dazu und Brühe angießen.
Gelee, Curry, Kokos, Salz und Ingwer
zugeben und 10 Minuten schmoren. Obst
in Streifen schneiden und mitschmoren,
bis die Sauce sämig wird. Reis unter-
heben und mit Sahne cremen.

4 Portionen = 2132 Kcal = 533 Kcal/P
