Ebereschen-Quittengelee
=======================

1/2 l Ebereschensaft
1/2 l Quitten- oder Apfelsaft
1 kg Gelierzucker

Ebereschen- und Quitten-/Apfelsaft mit Gelierzucker kalt vermischen, zum Kochen
bringen und 4 Minuten sprudelnd kochen lassen. In Gläser füllen.

Zur Geleebereitung:
Ebereschen knapp mit Wasser bedeckt weichkochen und den Saft durch ein Tuch
ablaufen lassen.
