Aprikosensorbet
===============

Zutaten:

750 gr Aprikosen
300 gr Zucker
150 ml Wasser
0,25 l Weißwein
1 Zitrone
1 Eiweiß

Zubereitung:

Aprikosen überbrühen, entkernen, häuten. Wasser und Zucker
unter erhitzen auflösen, den Zitronensaft hinzufügen und
kaltrühren. Aprikosen und Wasser im Mixer feinpürieren.
Weißwein hinzugeben und aufgeschlagenes Eiweiß unterheben.
In der Eismaschine rühren bis das Sorbet cremig-fest ist.
