THE XMAS EVE DRINK SPICED WHITE RUSSIAN
Serves: 4 persons
Ready in 10mins, plus infusion
In a pan, heat 100ml Co-op whole milk and 100ml Co-op single cream with 1 cinnamon stick and 1 star anise until almost boiling, then take off the heat and leave to infuse for 10 mins. Discard the spices, then stir in 50ml Co-op Irresistible French grain vodka and 200ml Co-op Delaney's Irish country cream. Divide 300ml strong black coffee between four ice-filled glasses, pour over the infused milk mixture, then serve with cookies, if you like.

In una padella scaldare 100 ml di latte intero Co-op e 100 ml di panna liquida Co-op con 1 stecca di cannella e 1 anice stellato fino a quasi ebollizione, quindi togliere dal fuoco e lasciare in infusione per 10 min. Scartare le spezie, quindi incorporare 50 ml di vodka francese Co-op Irresistible e 200 ml di crema country irlandese Co-op Delaney. Dividere 300 ml di caffè nero forte tra quattro bicchieri pieni di ghiaccio, versare sopra la miscela di latte infuso, quindi servire con i biscotti, se lo si desidera.
