Summary:
HOMER rides an electric cart inside the nuclear power plant in an attempt to find the class of his son BART on the school visit day. Unfortunately, he gets distracted from driving and crashes into a radioactive tube, which causes the plant to close. Jobless HOMER is desperate, writes a letter of greeting to the family, then decides to jump off a bridge. MARGE, BART and LISA through the letter, discover the man's intention, rush to save him, but while his wife and children cross the road they risk being hit by a truck, HOMER, however, avoids the massacre. HOMER wants the roads to be safer. Everywhere speed retarders are installed for public safety. When he begins to bore him, he hurls himself against the nuclear power plant. Mr. Burns decides to offer him security post and a big pay rise.
