Summary:
HOMER takes the family on a trip to the mountains. He has just bought a used camper, because his meager salary allows him only this. Exalted, HOMER runs around the wild paths and roads, loses control of the camper, and the family pops out just in time before the vehicle ends up in a ravine. Lost in the forest, HOMER and BART go to seek help but do not notice that slowly, slowly, MAGGIE follows them. The girl is adopted by a bear family. Meanwhile, HOMER and BART lose their clothes in a stream, to cover themselves plants and mud are spread on the body. Man is mistaken by naturalists for Piedone. In a short time the forest was invaded by hunters. Some journalists meeting MARGE warn her to be careful of the hideous creature that wanders in the woods. As soon as MARGE sees the photo, of the alleged Piedone, she recognizes her husband. HOMER is hit with tranquilizer bullets and taken to a laboratory for testing. After studying HOMER, scientists cannot understand whether it is Piedone or a human being. However, they allow him to go home, in order to understand which family he belongs to.
