Kombucha first attempt :)

What is this?

It is kombucha :) it's a fermented tea that I was used to drink in canada but in Europe hasn't properly arrived yet. Only UK is starting discovering it :). It is a tea that works like vinegar, so you need the mother that it is an alive system made of bacteria and yeast, and this process of fermentation simply create the beverage. I'm experimenting it for the first time. Hope I won't kill the alive system ( called SCOBY).

It will taste soooooo good if it works :)
