xbox Filezilla FTP Tutorial
Go into Filezilla settings and set your max simutaneous transfers to 9 go into your xbox settings and if you are using the unleashx dash go into your settings > network settings and set your max no. of users to 10. Doing this will increase your FTP speeds now go to your Filezilla settings and into under Transfers set your default transfer type to "Binary" this will protect against failed transfers and corruption. If in case you are building a coinops xbox make sure that your video folders do not have more than 4096 files into them or else it will not work and you get "failed transfers: you will need a extra ethernet cable try to get one that is very very long your router should have 4-5 ports on it and it just one end just plugs into that. using emulators in your xbox you must launch the default.xbe file in the emulators folder use xbpartioner 1.3 to format the hd before adding games to the bigger added hardrive (really quick process 5 seconds) once all is done its simply just making folders transferring files into the right folders into your F drive.. to access them in unleashx (the default dash) you must navigate to your file explorer. credits to xbmc4xbox
For those who don't know, you can find your xbox IP address by opening XBMC. go to settings>>Network> Network, and it should say it there. e.g. 192.168.xxx.xxx
In Filezilla, the default login is username: xbox password: xbox port:21
