Lasagna di banana e nutella (con Video)

INGREDIENTS (For 5 Portions):
-4 eggs
-670 ml of milk
-300 g of flour
-120 g of powdered sugar
-300 g of nutella
-350 ml of whipping cream
-6 bananas
-100 g of toasted hazelnuts (chopped)
-For the filling: Whip the cream until firm. Soften the nutella in the microwave for about 30 seconds and then add to the cream. Add the chopped hazelnuts and stir gently. Put the mixture into the refrigerator.
-For the crepes: With a whisk, whip the eggs for 5 minutes then add in the milk. Using a sifter, add in the flour and powdered sugar and mix well.
-Transfer part of the mix (about 1 ladle) into a buttered, hot pan. Cook for 5 minutes on each side over medium heat.
-If desired, trim the edges of the crepe to fit the baking dish.
-In a lightly buttered baking dish, lay down the first layer of crepes and on top spread the nutella cream. Cover the surface of the nutella with the sliced banana. Lay down another layer of crepes and complete the process until all the ingredients have been used.
-Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
-Decorate with the Nutella and toasted hazelnuts.
-Serve!😍
