POLLO CON CAPPERI

INGREDIENTI:


- 2 cosce di pollo
- 4 carote
- 2 coste di sedano
- 1 cucchiaio di capperi sott' aceto
- 1 bicchiere scarso di acqua
- sale

PREPARAZIONE


Spellate le cosce di pollo e tagliatele ciascuna in 3 parti.

Lavatele e mettetele in pentola a pressione.

Unite le carote tagliate a rondelle, il sedano affettato, i capperi, l'acqua e il sale.

Coperchiate e ponete la pentola sul fuoco.

All'inizio del sibilo abbassate la fiamma al minimo e calcolate 25 minuti di cottura.
