Fixes:
1. Now everyone with that second LPT can use Deliverer!
Comments:
1. Have been playing Quake2, no coding during that time...
maybe I can code at the same time if I hook up that old monitor!!?
2. I will look at the possibilities to add ByteFlipping and IPS Patching,
will fix the column problems soon too, but no more versions of deliverer until
byteflipping and/or ips patching is added, I see that the need for just ONE program
to manipulate the images, but until deliverer will have all the extra stuff there
are some good programs for your purposes, until then....
Have a nice X-Mas and a happy NEW YEAR, I'll see you guyz NEXT YEAR!!!!!

Fixes:
1. For some reason the file list changed directory each time when
exiting the prefs, not aymore.
2. Made the prefs window smaller.
3. Made the prefs window bigger
Additions:
1. Added a edit box for column widhts.
2. Added saving to inifile for column widths and state (on/off).
3. Added Sound option, beep and/or play sample when a deliver is done.

Fixes:
1. Fixed the drivecombo bug in the mainpage and in the prefs.
2. Changed the secret picture.
3. Added Screen Positions to Inifile.
4. Fixed so that when sending and no doctor is available the progress window is removed.

8. If anyone would like to make a "DELIVER" animation please do, make it 25x25
and it doesnt matter how long, and not more than 256 colors, something like
netscape and explorer have, when something happens... you know...
