GOLDEN EYE IPS-PATCHES DONE BY DANA!

Here's a short description of what they do: 

godmode.ips: gives infinite health for most weapons. 

nopbar.ips: eliminate's the power bar from flashing everytime you get shot at, 
if you want to see your health meter you can push start. 

nomusic.ips: eliminate's all music even startup, soundfx are still there. 

freeze.ips: make's all the enemy's freeze, but the only thing is 
it freezes the hostages too, but good fer a laugh.
