Buy Your Shit From Dealers in the back of Mags Such as Popular Electronics, Popular Science, Electronics Today, etc. You Can Get One For A Little Under 200 Bucks Now. Where i live we got a new cable system, upgrading from base 2 scrambling ( which my old decoder worked for ) to base 3 which if you watch a scrambled signal you will see like little dots flashing on the bottom. Those Dots are special for many reasons. Each Dot When Triggered on the internal Epprom will straighten out a line. This is a very complicated process and the old boxes will not do shit!
