                   -Introduction 

    This second release of The SCD Report covers many different items 
of interest. Major changes in the SCDViewer include the addition of the 
scroll-back feature and a new sub-heading for game reviews. A few minor 
problems are fixed, and the program should function without any error. 
We would like to thank people who helped complete the graphics standards  
survey. Thanks to The Byter for providing a personal opinion in 
completion of the graphics standards article. Please continue to give us
