King's Quest V- This long awaited game is due to be released
around November 15, 1990. This game is being
developed for three different computers at
the same time. You can catch a glimpse of
VGA graphics in The June edition of Compute!
Magazine.
Plot: No info on the plot seems to
be available, except that you play the role
of King Graham, possibly trying to save his
family.
Info: This game is 10 Megabytes of resource
files! This will be the Biggest computer
game ever! Hours of digitized speech, and
supposively superior animation for a truly
cinematic game. Supports all major soundcards
including Mt-32, Sound Blaster, Covox, Adlib.
Easy to work interface, a complex story,
6 animated cartoon sequences make the plot
more interesting and complete.
Hero's Quest II- Another long awaited Sierra game this one has
already been released, by two groups,
THG, and NEUA. It takes place in the desert.
And Whichever copy of the game you pick up
shouldn't matter since it is unprotected.

Space Quest IV - Roger Wilco and The Time Rippers.
Plot: While trying to make his way back to his
home planet of Xenon, Roger has a run in with
The Sequel Police; A crack team of
intergalactic assasins from the future who are
bent on nipping his adventures in the bud, thus
beginning a new adventure through time (or
sequels) and space. Traveling to the bleak
future of Space Quest XII, Roger will enlist
the help of the Latex babes of Chronos, as
well as the time rippers - a mysterious group
of rebel fighters from the future whose only
goal is to save Roger's hide. As usual it's up
Roger to save the future of Xenon, not to
mention the entire Space Quest series.
Info: I know we're all waiting to hear about the
Geeks from Andromeda but the release of
SQ4 is going to be a ways off because they
are translating the game into the SCI
format.
Red Baron -
Plot: You are a WWI ace and you can choose between
12 different accurately reproduced planes,
European or German.
Info: A real time enviroment complete with clouds,
a setting sun, and a diminshing sky. Random
mission generation provides an unlimited replay
value. More than 30 digitized screens, play
single missions, or enlist for a full tour of
duty with the germans or the royal air force.
You can record your whole mission to disk, and
then go back and not only review it but jump
back into it and start playing from any point
that you have recorded!
Rise Of The Dragon -
Plot: A futuristic, private eye adventure. As a
21st century private invesigator, you'll
wander around a city trying to unravel a most
deadly secret.
Info: It utilitizes a new Point 'n'Click method that
requires no typing. Over 8 Megs of 256 Color
Pictures. No typing neccessary. Full Roland and
Adlib support. Over 50 locations to visit,
randomly generated animation at each. This one
is done by the new Sierra members, former
employees of Dynamix, this one should good.
Heart Of China -
Plot: This one takes place is revolutionary China
in the 1930's. You are a hero setting out to
rescue a girl named Kate Lomax. You team up
with a Street-wise ninja named Chi and set out
to rescue her. This game was done by Dynamix and
uses the Point 'n' Click method.
