Rating :
--------
Graphic 10 : One of the few 256VGA games that actually pushes the VGA
capability to the max. The death scenes are ESPECIALLY
realistic ( and gross ).
Design 8 : Typical RPG game type of design. However, the battle part is
purely arcade and therefore brings some more exciting
moments into the games.
Sound 7 : The Digital sound FX is pretty good. The music gets sorta
anonying after a while but it's not that bad.
Playability 9 : Not all that hard to figure out all of the commands and
controls without the Docs. A Mouse is ESPECIALLY recommended.
Since it'll be a pain in the butt to move the pointer
around with the Keyboard/Joystick.
Overall : 8.5
Summary :
-------------
They REALLY should put up a warning sign in the beginning for
people under 18. The graphic is so realistic that I really felt
like puking everytime I die. Yep, it's either my head got chop off
with pharnx showing and blood spillig; two gignatic vampire's holes
decorate on my neck with again, blood spilling; a bowl of nice,
yummy soup with my head floating in it; or two empty sockets on my
face with, again, blooding spilling all over. They REALLY made this
game into a horror game. Anyway, this is an adventure type of game
in which you must save Elvira of something ( despite of her
sarcastic comments ). It's a really fun game despite of all of the
gross thing that the game is showing. And I just "love" the many
imaginative ways that the game make you die, not to mention that
the picture of your death is so realistic that you might even barf
on your computer and therefore short-circuit it. Must install first
prior to gameplay....
