Welcome to yet another issue of Saxonia, several years after the last one.
Things do tend to take time sometimes. Doing most of the work alone, with
a little help of a few dedicated people makes for delays when I'm not
motivated to do anything.
Well, since the last time, Void hasn't been completely silent, we have
released the demo Voids Are Back In Town, in order to celebrate ten years
of Void and twenty years of Amiga. This ofcourse implies that this demo
was released last year, in 2005. I just made it, the 31.th of December,
the demo was out.
Also since the last issue, things have happened to the code in this mag.
There's now the possibility of using the mouse for certain operations.
Likely the graphics has changed, with new panels from Browallia who also
has provided me with more cliparts.
Things have also happened on other areas of our life. The commie bastards
known as Arbeiderpartiet has once again have taken over control of Norway
from the psyco cult known as Kristelig Folkeparti. Today, petrol costs
12,57 kroner a litre. I'm getting pissed only thinking of it. First, those
who still works in Norway gets punished for doing so by means of high taxes.
Then, anything that's fun, tastes good or make you have a good day of any
kind is either forbidden or taxed to death. Damn, if it wasn't for Vinje
and Tinn's beatiful nature which I cannot live without I'd move to
the southern states in USA, drive around in a pickup with a shotgun in
the rear window and never ever even think about getting back here.
I have also lately finished school and I'm now looking for work. Preferably
I'd like to work with programming in one form or another. I was close to
getting work in company that's closely located to where I am, but didn't
get it in the end. Well, that was mostly working with asp.net anyway,
and this isn't really my cup of tea. However, it would have been a start.
Well, it's just a matter of continuing to look out, and something will
come up I hope.
So now, flip to next article and continue reading from there.
