Dweeb:  someone that is so much a dork that they dont deserve the term  
'dork' 

Dork: one who has no developed skill 

Nerd: possible wanna-be geek; skill but no value for that skill 

Geek: adept at a certain skill or possibly many skills, in turn, places  
value to that skill, appreciating and fully understanding the skill and its  
value.
