me and linear had this bet. well, kind of a bet. it was more of a 
contest though. who ever got laid first won. this started way back 
before y2k, but it is still going on. yes, i guess we suck, but oh 
well, on with my story. 

i was at work one day and i was avoiding having to do anything as usual 
by sitting in the break room. the new girl was in there. i was like 
"sup" and she was like "oh, hey, what's up?" and i'm all like "nuthin 
much, you?" and then it happened. she said "wanna see some pictures?" i 
told her yeah and then she made a comment that i will never forgot: 
"they are nudie pictures. you sure you wanna see them?" trying to act 
all cool, i said "it's not like i haven't seen stuff like that before." 
she showed me and i awed. i was seeing this girl that i liked, naked. i 
figured she had to have liked me some what to show me these, so i was 
pretty happy. i started chillin with her at work a lot. we both took 
the same day off so we could go to the beach. i figured i had the 
bet (mentioned above) pretty much won. 

then it happened. it was a jar of salsa and it ruined my life. i was 
bagging an order and the salsa flung out of my hand. it shattered and 
spilled all over the place. i went and got a bunch of paper towels and 
preceded to clean it up. i was puting it in a trash can and another 
guy that worked there took the trash bag out and walked away. not 
thinking, i yelled "what the fuck am i supposed to do now?" i guess 
every body in the store heard me because a little later my boss called 
me into his office. i got suspended for seven days. at the time, i 
didn't really care. i needed a break anyway. 

when i came back, something was different. the chick was pretty much 
ignoring me. i had no clue what was up. it was pretty fucked up and i 
was kinda pissed, but i soon gave up on this girl. later on i found 
out what was going on... she was fucking some other dude! 

so i guess SHE was just fucking with MY head.
