Salmone rucola e pomodorini

Ingredients:
- 200 grams of smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 2 cups wild rocket (arugula) leaves
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup sugar snap peas, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: A sprinkle of fresh chilly flakes on top of the salmon if liked some spiceness
This fresh and simple recipe for a Smoked Salmon, Cherry Tomatoes, and Wild Rocket salad is great for a healthy and easy-to-prepare workplace lunch.
Instructions:
This recipe is very easy and last minutes.
Open the smoked salmon pachage and start squeezing some drops of lemons on top of the salmon’s slides.
Place the smoked salmon slides on the plate as you prefer.
After wash soome wild rocket, some fresh peas and cherry tomatoes and dry.
Add the vegetable on the place and choose the composition that better you like.
Add some extra lemon juice and olive oil on top of it.
