Alga Soft was a well known and very active selling and distribution group located in Naples, in the south of Italy. The group was active in the days of commodore tapes, and didn't evolve into the disks era. Algasoft dissolved about in 1994, when a major police crackdown put a temporary stop to a noticeable slice of the italian scene.
