Insalata di tonno - tuna salad

Ingredients:
- 1 can of tuna in oil or brine, drained
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges or diced
- 1 cup radicchio, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Balsamic vinegar to taste
Instructions:
- wash all the vegetables and cut them in smaller pieces
- In a large salad bowl or a mason jar, start by layering the mixed greens at the bottom.
- Add a layer of tomato wedges or diced tomatoes.
- Add a layer of shredded radicchio.
- Finally, top with the drained tuna.
- If you’re using a mason jar, you can layer the dressing at the bottom and then add the greens, so they don’t get soggy before lunchtime.
- If you’re using a salad bowl, you may want to pack the dressing separately and add it just before you eat.
- Seal the container tightly to prevent leaks.
- Ready to Serve:
- When it's time to eat, mix the salad well so the dressing coats all of the ingredients.
- If you packed the salad in a mason jar, simply pour it into a bowl and stir to distribute the dressing.
