ok.. if you have some worries about hypnotism they are gonna
get answered now

1.You will not tell the hypnotist enything that you don't
Wouldn't when your fully conciuos (like you sex life
or if your a vandal)

2.Yes you can come out of it when ever you Want
if your left hypnotized you will come out of it, it is like
waking up from a nap...( you will come out from a matter of
minutes to about 1 hour max...)

3. You will not do anything that is told to you that you
think is immoral or wrong...

4.THIS IS NOT HARMFUL AT ALL!!!!!



Here is an induction....

(NOTE YOU MUST SAY THIS WITH CARE AND NOT SCREAM IT >> SAY IT MELLOW)

Take a nice deep breathe and close your eyes, and begin to relax. Just think
about relaxing every muscle in your body from the top of your head to the
tips of your toes... just begin to relax. And notice how Very comfortable
you feel. You are supported so just let go and relax. Inhale .. and exhale.
Notice your Breathing, notice the rythem of your breathing and relax your
breathing for a moment.. Be aware of the normal sounds around you and let
them go .. they are unimportant to you . whatever you hear from now on will
only help to relax you.. And as you exhale release any tension, any stress
from any part of your body, mind, and thought; just let that stress go.
just feel any stressful thoughts rushing through you mind.. and let them wind
down, wind down, wind down, and relaxed. And Begin by letting all the muscles
in your face relax espeacially your jaw let your teeth part just a little bit
. this is a place where stress and tension gather so be sure to relax your
jaw.. and now feel that relxation go into your temples and relx your temples
if you think about your muscles relaxing they will relax..now let your eye
lids feel so heavy so relaxed.. you can barely open your eyes. now let your
shoulders and the back out your neck relax.. and let the soothing relaxation
go down your back to the middle of your back to the small of your back.
you are now drifting and floating.. Let the muscles in your shoulders relax
to the tips of your fingers..just let your arms feel so heavy so relaxed
*you may have tingling in your fingers thats perfectly normal... ...
you may have warmth in your palms. thats fine too.. and you may feel you can
barely lift your arms they are so relaxed. just let your body feel lighter
and more relxed... inhale and relax your chest muscles ,.. and exhale and
relax you stomach muscles... now imagine a beautiful place.,,, it can be
any place you choose.. from the beach with clean fresh air.. to the moutains
with a stream.... now i'm gonna count from ten to one.. imagine your in an
elevator and that you are on floor ten . as i count the elevator will go
down the floors.. and as i say each number you will be more and more relaxed
and tired...
ten...relax.. nine.. eight... seven... six.... five... more and more relaxed
... four... three .. two.. one... deeper.. down deeper.. deeper....

{ now insert your hypno whatever here.. you can now cure major diseases..
or treat phobias.. .. or stop smoking... or lose weight . self esteem..
retain more info about studdiing and you will be able to recall at will..
or whatever.. like cluck like a chicken.. etc,,

*********now the coming up part of the hypnotism....**********
i will now count from one to ten.. and you will come out of your unconouise
ss little by little.. ... 1... coming up... 2... 3... 4... 5.. 6.. 7.. 8..
9.. begin to open your eyes.. 10... fully awake and aware...
