a shuttle with Data, Troi, Wesley and 2 other Academy hopefuls, is captured
by a Teniran tractor beam. The Tenirans claim the planet is theirs, and
while Picard negotiates their release the shuttle vanishes. At the same
time an unknown force, forces Picard and the Teniran Captain to work
together to solve the mystery of the planet and find the missing shuttle.
