This T-file is more or less and explanation of your rights and how the
are unlawfully being infringed upon by certain elements of your government
which supposedly works for you, THE PEOPLE!
I am currently watching a funding proposal for Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco &
Firearms (BATF) on C-SPAN. WHAT THE FUCK! Here I am listening to their
propaganda bullshit and after all their fuckups they have the balls to ask
me for more money to continue their unconstitutional actions. The BATF acquired
a Fiscal Year budget of 12.5 BILLION dollars last year. In their proposal
they indicate that with more funding they will be able to help rid our streets of
violent criminal offenders and the guns they use. They talk about how with
increased funding, they would be able to keep track of all guns in the
United States by creating a database in which manufacturer's and wholesaler's will
submit(voluntarily of course) serial numbers for the guns they produce. Not
to mention increased funding for their ballistics laboratory, in which they
expressed there usefulness by telling us about their role in determining who
was responsible for the massacres in Bosnia, through their ballistics
laboratories. They also want additional funding for another database in
regards to arson and explosives and BLAH BLAH BLAH.
I don't know about you but I really don't think this agency should get
additional funding. Quite the contrary I believe this agency should be
abolished. The BATF's main charter is to infringe upon your constitutional
rights as a citizen of the United States. I read an earlier FUCK file about
the BATF and the author made it quite clear what this rogue agency is all
about. Basically it is the Gestapo arm of the government. The BATF's
main business is to harass citizens. especially those who have Federal
Firearms Licenses, and law abiding citizens who own guns.
BATF tactics include busting down people's doors down in the early hours
of the morning without announcing themselves and this type of behavior more
often that not gets people killed. I mean shit usually the cops have the
goddamn common courtesy to at least knock on your door, announce their
presence, and inform you that they have a search warrant. Not the fucking
BATF, No Sir, they enter your house in all black riot/swat gear with no
identifiable marks whatsoever with automatic weapons (WHICH EVEN CITIZENS
AREN'T ALLOWED TO HAVE). All they want to do is infringe upon your rights,
more specifically your Second Amendment rights, which clearly states
"...THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED,"
end of quote, CLEAR FUCKING ENGLISH. A couple of examples come to
mind...Waco, Ruby Ridge these images come to my mind. They bust your door,
beat you up, harass and intimidate you, because your beliefs are in conflict
with the Politically Correct Government Machine. Most of the time these
raids are the result of ANONYMOUS TIPS that often turn out to be false. Another
motherfuckin' infringement on our constitutional rights. In the sixth
amendment it says "...AND TO BE INFORMED OF THE NATURE AND CAUSE OF THE
ACCUSATION; TO BE CONFRONTED WITH THE WITNESSES AGAINST HIM..." another
clear violation of your rights!!!
These infringements are compounded upon by an obscure law that most
people don't know about. It is known as the ASSET FORFEITURE LAW, which
is a favorite among law enforcement personnel. The asset Forfeiture Law
states that anybody who uses their property to facilitate a crime can and
will be seized by law enforcement. For example if you use your phone in
your house to initiate a drug deal your house and everything you own can
be SEIZED by he government. Now is it just me or does this seem to be the
same kind of fucking bullshit we escaped from 220 years ago.
I think it's just me. As a matter of fact the way Asset Forfeiture Law
works, YOU DO NOT EVEN HAVE TO BE CHARGED WITH A CRIME for the government
to seize your property. Your property is usually sold and the proceeds
liquidated to finance further injustices by this rogue agency and their fucked
up laws.
However these motherfuckers can't seem to read, because in the fifth
amendment is clearly states "...NOR SHALL PRIVATE PROPERTY BE TAKEN FOR PUBLIC USE
WITHOUT JUST COMPENSATION." this type of action is in clear violation of the
Constitution, AND THEY'RE GETTING AWAY WITH IT. Why? Because people are
willing to sacrifice freedom for security. Personally, I feel more secure with a
.12 gauge shotgun and 9mm Beretta than having law enforcement personnel
attempt to protect me. Look at it this way, what do police officers do?
They respond to criminal activities, they don't PREVENT, they RESPOND.
Now how the fuck do cops protect people by arriving at the scene of a crime,
AFTER THE FACT? Citizens should be responsible for their own security,
rather than having BIG BROTHER do it for them. What does that entail?
It means more freedom for law abiding citizens. It means more permits
for concealed weapons, no more of this pissant bullshit Brady Law
ban of assault weapon shit, for law abiding citizens. Your rights are
being stripped away piece by piece by a socialistic government that
claims "TO KNOW WHAT'S BEST FOR YOU"
