We are still weak on our feet here in getting things organized but we 
will (I hope) get a little done each week.

We are trying to update all TEXT files.  This DEMO NEWS should now 
be available ever week or so along with the TOP25DL file.  Once things 
are orgainzed we will set up the mirror so all the sites are alike.
