Z editorial:
------------
Elite 2 is coming, Elite 2 is coming!!! No, really!! For sure!
Trust me on this! Look for it in November '92, probably from Microprose UK.
Racing fans, we got 2 hot little numbers in the works for you!
Red Zone by Psygnosis, a Team-Suzuki style motorcycle racing game.
And Nigel Mansell's World Championship by Gremlin, a Formula 1 racing game.
Good ol' Nige just became the best Formula One pilot of 1992! Hurray!!
There's also No Second Prize by Thalion, another Team-Suzuki wannabe, but
I don't expect anything much from that one, given Thalion's past track record.
We shall see...
See y'all next month!

September...
For people who dwell in Los Angeles, it can only mean one thing:
it's time for the Atari Faire in Glendale! And you can bet I'm going!
Especially since there will be Falcons to examine (translation: drool over).
The show is held over at the Glendale Civic Auditorium, at 1401 North Verdugo
Road in Glendale, California.
Saturday September 12th (10a to 6p) and Sunday September 13th (10a to4p).
Be there or be triangular!

************
Empire (UK):
------------
--Deathbringer, sideview scrolling fantasy hack'n'slash. Really impressive
parallax scrolling, only 3 attack moves, gets boring...
--International Sports Challenge (Harlequin), not your average joystick
waggling multi-sports game! It includes the marathon, several diving, swimming,
and cycling events, and show jumping (that's the horse obstacle course jumping

both in split-screen mode! Instead of racetracks, it uses road courses with

and isometric view strategic wargame. Take your squad of Space Marines through
several hazardous missions aboard huge derelict spaceships.

Gold (remember that one? No? Oh...). DS only.

--Fighter Command (Golden Sector), strategic wargame. The manual describes
the icons and buttons well, but it forgets to explain how to play the game!

-----------
--The Addams Family, cutesy flick-scrolling platform game. Nice graphics,
console style controls (push the fire button to jump).
--Epic (Digital Image Design), 3D polygons flight simulator in space.
Battlestar Galactica was a big influence for the design of the various fighters

shoot'em'up. DS only, STE. Mouse, joystick, and Trojan Light gun supported.
--Terminator 2: Judgement Day, just your basic average multi-format movie

genetically engineered yucky things. Just your basic old-fashioned dungeon
game with a new paint job. The interface ain't too great.

to War In Middle Earth (Melbourne House). Needs 1 meg.
