Insalata fagioli tonno e cipolla

Non prepararla per andare a lavoro! Uomo avvisato, mezzo salvato XD

Insalata fagioli tonno e cipolla

Ingredienti:

  • 100 gr di fagioli secchi
  • 1 scatoletta di tonno al naturale oppure all'olio
  • 1 cipolla rossa cruda
  • sale qb
  • limone qb
  • prezzemolo qb
  • pepe qb
  • olio evo qb

Procedimento:

  1. mettere in ammollo i fagioli almeno 24 ore prima
  2. cucinare i fagioli e lasciarli raffreddare
  3. affettare finemente la cipolla (se il gusto e' troppo forte, lasciarla in ammollo in acqua fredda per almeno un'ora)
  4. aprire la scatoletta di tonno
  5. condire con olio, limone spremuto, sale, pepe e prezzemolo trittato
  6. mixare
  7. servire ben fredda
