RGB mod on Playstation 2 PAL
To enable the RGB on the Playstation 2 PAL you just have to do a very simple jumper on the point of the motherboard as shown in the following image, which refers to the PS2 PAL motherboard accessible simply by opening the lower part of the Console enclosure, just below the metal shield. To find the point correctly, just compare the photos in detail.
The change consists in a connection to ground. To make sure that the contact is made correctly, we advise you to scrape slightly on the left-hand side to eliminate the insulating layer applied to the motherboard by SONY and increase the surface on which to weld.
Reassemble the console. Now you can see both video games and DVD color videos with RGB.
