The Carabus morbillosus is a Coleoptera in the Carabidae family. It has a bright metallic bronze / green / lilla coloration. The Carabus morbillosus Elytra has a characteristic and decorative design, made by an alternate of continue and dash lines. It is common in the whole Island and can be easily seen in the meadows, orchards, gardens and in the forest. The Carabus morbillosus feeds mainly snails, larvae and small insects.
